General Theme 2020

The development of a peaceful, inclusive and just society is founded on the promotion of strong, effective and accountable institutions, as described in the United Nations (UN) Sustainable Development Goals. It is in this light that the theme of EnAJUS 2020 aims to refocus known challenges for the functioning of justice, such as access, efficiency, bureaucracy, transparency, governance, and the use of information and communication technologies. In this sense, the event seeks, with the support of scientific research and practical experiences, to discuss in depth the building of robust institutions, the development of policies, the adoption of management and technology techniques, the responsibility and the necessary commitments to provide effectiveness in the administration of justice, in line with sustainable development.
